Ayurvedic Consultation
Ayurvedic Consultation empowers you with insights to your specific body-mind constitution and designs a unique holistic personal program for your well-being and overall health (Body & Mind).
The consultation involves observation, a questionnaire, pulse & tongue diagnosis to identify ones natural constitution, and any persisting imbalances.
The consultation will provide recommendations for: Diet, Lifestyle, Yoga/Exercise, Medicinal Herbs and Cleansing Treatments. Supporting one with knowledge and skills to heal oneself and to maintain a healthy state of well-being.
After the consultation, the diagnoses and the recommendations will be summarized in a word document and will be delivered by mail with additional related files.
This service is available both in-person and online.
Traditional Ayurvedic Massage/Abhyanga
Full body massage with herbal infusion in warm macadamia nut oil base and hot stones.

Abdominal Massage /Chi Nei Tsang

Forehead Oil Pouring/Shirodhara
Gently applying warm oil over the forehead in order to calm the nervous system and to alter one’s state of consciousness.
Swedana Ayurvedic Steam
Inducing sweat using herbal steam for relaxation and detox.
Yogic Master Cleanse

Yoga Therapy/Personalized Yoga Class
AyurYoga applies a personalize approach to Yoga in the light of Ayurveda. It’s a form of individual yoga therapy to address physical and mental complaints. It consists of personalized yoga and meditation practices. Combining Yoga and Ayurveda offers a complete and personalized system for well-being in body, mind and spirit. You will receive a personalized yoga program according to your Ayurvedic constitution or imbalance.
Yoga and Meditation Classes
Shamana Yoga classes focus on expansion of Awareness and liberation of energy. It’s an integral and balanced practice including Dynamic flow (Vinyasa) and Static postures (Hatha), covering all ranges of movement, breathing techniques and meditation in each session. The practice is modified to the practitioner’s ability, needs and interests. Gradually and systemically developing physical strength, endurance and flexibility, while vitalizing, balancing and calming the nervous system to establish peace of mind, better concentration and overall well-being.
